User experience is a conversation that happens all around us, whether we’re engaged or not. It’s how you navigate through a Starbucks line when all the stands full of more things to buy are stacked up like a paintball course around you. It’s the design of your shower/bathtub, to be able to get into and out properly, with grips at the right heights, shelves at the right places. User experience when talking about the web is the same thing. It’s how a user navigates your website in order to achieve what you want and need them to achieve. Be it you want the user to read more information, fill out a form, purchase an item through your site, these are all conversions that happen more efficiently when good user experience is practiced.
